The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 6pm in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:

Notice of Intent filed by the Cape Cod National Seashore. Applicant proposes replacement of Nauset Marsh Trail bridge with a timber plank boardwalk at property located at 2800 State highway, Map 12, Parcel 319.

Notice of Intent filed by Barbara Munday. Applicant proposes abandonment of an existing cesspool, installation of septic system and a new well and water line at property located at 250 and 260 Crosby Village Road, Map 14, Parcel 205A and 205B.

Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Barbara Munday for DEP SE 19-1127 for installation of a benthic barrier in Herring Pond at property located at 250 and 260 Crosby Village Road, Map 14, Parcel 205A and 205B.

Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Robert Mumford for DEP SE 19-1112 for the construction of a new house at property located at 55 Clark’s Point Road, Map 14, Parcel 085M.

Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Robert Mumford for DEP 19-1305 for construction of an elevated walkway at property located at 12 Clark’s Point Road, Map 14, Parcel 085J.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Paulo Baltazar. Applicant proposes reconstruction of a boat ramp, dock, ramp, float and stairs at property located at 285 Corliss Way, Map 21, Parcel 042.
